About the Role
This is a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor position to provide supervision to the shop floor personnel to meet business objectives. Promote and implement quality, productivity, and ABS initiatives.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Skills and Abilities:
Capable of maintaining a high level of expectations with colleagues and subordinates.
Proficient in communicating effectively with support departments.
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiar with the certified operator program.
Knowledgeable and experienced with computer applications
Experience:
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Preferably experienced in the aerospace sector.
